You should receive a response within 48 hours and will be provided an address to ship the product to. 

*Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded for returns and the client is responsible for any shipping costs associated to returning the product to FABB Nails. 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unaltered in any way, with packaging intact. Products returned not in their original state will not receive a refund.

• Start with clean, dry hands 
• Push cuticles back with cuticle pusher 
• Measure and size nails: If you aren’t sure, size up and file down the sides 
• File nails shorter than the nails you’ve chosen 
• Lightly buff nails with file (this helps adherence)
• Clean with alcohol-let dry 
• Opening glue: hold glue away from you and clip a small amount of the top
• For temporary nails-press jelly tab into the nail or onto your nail. Press and remove the backing 
• Apply nail and hold firmly for 20 seconds 
• Applying Glue: apply a small amount all over the nail, apply the nail, and press and hold firmly for 20 seconds

Caution

• Nail glue can bond to skin and eyes in seconds. Glue may be irritating to eyes and skin. Use product in well ventilated area. If skin bonding occurs, do not peel. Soak in acetone to pull apart gently.  If eye contact occurs, flush immediately with water and seek medical advice.
• Contact with clothes may cause damage.
• Do not use this product if nails are infected, damaged, thin or weak. 
• KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
• Open glue away from young children, pets 
• Open glue away from eyes and mouth 
• Do not expose hands to water for 2 hours after applying 
• Treat your nails as jewels not tools 
• Keep glue closed when not in use in an upright position. 
• Store nails in a box or plastic bag when not in use 
• If shortening the nails, apply a top coat for added strength 
• If glue seeps onto skin( a sign of too much glue) use cuticle pusher with oil to loosen or gently use file to buff 

• Jelly Tab: soak hands in hot, soapy water. Gently rock nails until they come off. Clean any jelly tab residue with the cuticle pusher 
• Glue: add some oil (baby oil or cuticle oil works well) to the hot soapy water. Gently rock back and forth. Gently lift at the cuticle line with the cuticle pusher. Do not pull your nails off. Nail debonder is available for purchase (under accessories $5)
