Q: What are the commissions?

A: the commission structure is as follows:

Up to $100-10%
$101-200-15%
$201-$300-20%
$301-$400-25%
$401+30%
$5 bonus for each person you have sign up with you as a reference. Once you have both placed an order in a 30 day period, you will be paid 

Q: Is it free to join?

A: YES! Free to join! You have nothing to lose.

Q: How are we paid?

A: By e-transfer on the 10th of the following month. 

Q: What are the terms and conditions? 

A: FABB NAILS Agreement

These are the terms and conditions for joining our Ambassador Program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, but we will try to notify you of such changes in advance.

1. Applying for our Program

You are applying for our Ambassador Program right now. We reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our program at our discretion.

As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your affiliate link and earning affiliate commissions.
We currently accept ambassadors in Canada.
You must be 18 years or older.

We do not have fees to join and no hidden fees during your time as an ambassador.

Accounts will become inactive after 90 days of not logging or sharing links.

If you do plan to sell, please contact us to restore your account. 

**Commissions are usually added nearly immediately, but it can take the software 24-48 hours to show.

Please email us AFTER 48 hours if you do not see commissions.
Pay day is the 10th of the following month.

3. Code of Ethics

Each Consultant agrees to abide by the following Code of Ethics:

a. I will be respectful of people I meet or am with while.
representing myself as a FABB NAILS ambassador.

b. I will conduct myself and my business in an ethical, moral, legal, and financially sound manner and will not engage in any deceptive or illegal practice.

c. I will not communicate disparaging comments about ambassadors, FABB NAILS or FABB NAILS management. This is including but not limited to my personal conduct online and through any and all social media channels, including behavior or content that may be considered discriminatory or threatening.

d. All complaints or concerns should be made directly to the Company.

e. Ambassadors who make statements of defamation about the Company, Company products, or other Consultants will be terminated.

f. I will not engage in any activities that would bring disrepute to the Company, other ambassadors or management FABB NAILS will in no way be liable for your risky behavior.

g. I will be truthful in my representation of the products and will make no product claim that is not supported by official Company Publications.

4. Marketing material- free

a. Only originally packaged products made by FABB NAILS are authorized for resale.

b. Ambassadors are not allowed to make products or marketing materials to sell to other reps or customers for profit. Anything else does not have consent of the Company and can be grounds for termination.

C.If hosting giveaways or games within your business, you are responsible for giving any customer their winnings and FABB NAILS is not responsible

5. Selling on Social Media

a. Your Storefront/Facebook Page/Facebook Group/Social Media site name, business cards, and email signature line should read as such: “FABB NAILS AMBASSADOR (your name here)”

b. We do not have a “non compete clause”.

c.It is against company policy to resell on Etsy, Amazon or Poshmark
d.Members/customers must opt into your VIP Groups/Social Media pages and should not be added against their will or without their request and permission.

e. Promoting your social media pages and/or groups must be clearly designated to be that of an Independent Consultant and does not appear to represent the actual Company in any way.

7. Events, Fairs, Expos, Online or In Person Etc.

a. These ARE permitted as long as they are a temporary
event.
b. When registering for the event, you must register YOUR name. Fabb nails is not involved in the event, you are
just selling the products- so sign up using your name, address, tax ID, etc.
c. You are an independent contractor and are responsible for taxes in your state, as well as keeping any records and sales from the event in the event FABB NAILS management needs copies.
e. Always let us know if you are ordering for a show so we can make sure you allow enough time for ordering, and please take into consideration our shipping and processing times when scheduling a show. We cannot be responsible for any missed shows.
